She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Percival (F. W.) and Dorothy Warren Percival; and her brothers, James Warren O'Hara and William Seymour O'Hara. She is survived by: her husband James Douglas Maxwell (Jim); and her brothers, Robert Henry O'Hara and Peter Warren Percival (Christy).
