In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her children, Hope Strong Ruth Yavtucovich (Dwight), Lilly Gifkins and Eugene Yavtucovich (Charissa); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Strong (Aline), Dana Munnings (Brian) and Melissa Macks Jessica (Dina). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM at the Arthur B. Ridley Funeral Home (3080 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V1K3). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Arthur B. Ridley Funeral Home Chapel (3080 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V1K3).
