She is survived by: her brother Kevin Reynolds; her children, Joanne (Jim), Trish and Rick (Lorrie); and her grandchildren, Carolyn (Chris), Andrea (Larissa), Michael (Codie), Ryan (Elana), Heather (Alex), Marie (Rob), Kaila (Chris), Keriann, Sean (Kyla) and Conor. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Michael's Foundation, Department of Ophthalmology, Dr. David Wong, would be deeply appreciated—a cause close to Mavis' heart, and eyes!
