She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Hoffman and Ben Hoffman; and her sibling Drs. She is survived by: her children, Martin (Beth Dohn), Susan (David Kassie) and Howard; her granddaughters, Linzee, Amy, Caroline (Ricky Van Veen) and Emily; and her great grandchild Camille.
