He is survived by: his wife Voichita; his children, Manuela (Mircea Georgescu) and Romina; his grandchildren, Alexandru, Dorothea, Larissa and Ioana; his cousins, Tili, Aluna, Severina and Sonia; his nieces and nephews, Sorin, Flaviu, Dragos, Bogdan, Nina, Corina, Diana, Roxana and Sorina; his parent-in-law Mircea Georgescu; and his daughter Loana Georgescu.
