As Mina departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mina. Though Mina may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gus Taxopoulos; her children, James Taxopoulos (Laura) and Victoria Mansaku (Erti); her grandchildren, Kosta, Melina, Nicholas and Mikel; her parents, Chris Dimopoulos and Tony Dimopoulos; and her brother Bill Dimopoulos.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Overlea Chapel. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church (1385 Warden Ave., Scarborough, ON M1R2S3). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
