He was predeceased by: his parents, Michal and Anastasia (Semeniuk). He is survived by: his wife Zenobia Moskwa; his daughters, Bojena (Harry) and Olena (Roman); his grandchildren, Michael (Jillian), Andrew, Lukash and Kalyna; and his great grandchildren, Oden and Sidney.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes (92 Annette St, Toronto, ON M6P1N6). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Ukraine Chapel, St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre (1280 Dundas St W, Oakville, ON L6M4H9). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the St. Volodymyr Cemetery (1280 Dundas St W, Oakville, ON L6M4H9).
