She is survived by: her children, Daria (Oldrich Zatka) and John (Lily Hordienko); and her grandchildren, Matthew (Meghan), Cassandra, Luke and Mark.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canada-Ukraine Foundation (cufoundation.ca) (https://www.cufoundation.ca) in support of the Civil Society Fund, which helps bring home Ukrainian children who have been abducted and displaced by Russia.
