“My Nonna has been next-door neighbour to Nick and Anna Maria since I was born. Growing up, it was common to see them on the porch, sitting in each other's company. They would greet me with a huge smile, and Nick with his big hellos! He always took time to talk to us, asking us how we were and offering us snacks or coffee. His kindness has stayed with me over the years. To know Nick is to love him, and his spirit will live on through the lives he touched. My deepest condolences to the Ciarellis.”
