He is survived by: his spouse Roslyn Lefkowich (Magid); his children, Susan Lefkowich (Frank Zincavage), Karen Abney (Douglas Abney) and David Lefkowich (Debbie Gilbert); and his grandchildren, Ayla Lefkowich and Maya Lefkowich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
