Tim Becker wrote a sympathy message

“Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had the good fortune to be promoted to the position of manager by Norman at the Buckeye/Dickies work wear factory in Hanover that he oversaw as part of the larger organization. Norman's commitment to our facility kept it offering gainful employment to over 100 employees at times when others may have walked away. I learned many great lessons and had a deep respect for him in over 15 years of working for him. Tim Becker”
