She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Panagiotis Koutsoubou and Kyrana Koutsoubou; her siblings, Vasiliki, Theodora and Nikos; her spouse Antonios Pardalis; her children, Eva (Vaios) and John (Sophia); and her grandchildren, Mia, Anthony and Christina.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Centre (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H 1B6). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (30 Thorncliffe Park Dr., Toronto, ON M4H1H8). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
