She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fisher and Eleanor Fisher; her sisters, Jean, Eleanor, Dorothy and Florence (Jo); and her nephew Stephen Emerson.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Brian, Ross, John, Tom Wilkinson, Jamie, Victor, David, Robert, Eleanor Morton and Ellen Duck. She is also survived by her family as well as her many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be to Doctors Without Borders or the Toronto Humane Society in memory of Pat.
