Patricia left this world on October 8, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Bulie Hart; her children, Dave, Wayne and Tania Hart; her grandchildren, Jonah, Ethan, Madeline, Zailey and Isla; and her siblings, Sonia, Wavel, Joy, Sharon and Jeffery. She was also cherished by her family members, extended family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (2700 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1M5).
