With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Marie Simmons (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 5, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Terry Johnson (Joanne), Jack Johnson (late Patricia), Rick Johnson and Dan Johnson. She is survived by: her significant other Paul Bruce; her children, Kerrie Buchner (Ryan), Kyle Simmons (Melissa) and Mallory Remus (Sean); her grandchildren, Sofie and Quinn; and her siblings, Barry Johnson (Shirley), Marlene Fitzgerald (Terry), Debbie Heffernan (Dave), Brenda Troke (Pete), Karen Dafoe (Bryan) and Ernie Johnson (Mary).

In memory of Patti and in lieu of flowers, donations to the A.L.S society would be appreciated by the family.
