She was predeceased by: her husband Ernst Hans; her parents, James Stuart Griffith and Grayce Margaret Griffith; her brother Dr. John Griffith; her siblings-in-law, Wilf Meagher, Gerhard Strauss and Marlies Strauss; her extended family Detlef Voigt; and her friends, Rose Hebib and Dorothy Thompson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Stuart (Lucero), Peter Griffith (Elinor) and Heather Meagher; her sister-in-law Shirley Griffith; her children, Heidi (Jeremy) and John (Helen); her grandchildren, Liam, Max (Samantha) and Chloe (Nadine); her close friends, Sheila Milne, Karen Brennan and Jackie Moffat; Friedrich (Sonngard), Mathias (Dagmar), Cornelia, Theresa and Carla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jerrett Funeral Homes (1141 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1B1). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jerrett Funeral Homes - St. Clair Chapel (1141 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1B1).
