She was predeceased by: her parents, Tsuneichi Adachi and Ayako Adachi; and her sister Jean. She is survived by: her brother Bob (Kathy); her daughters, Linda (Rich) and Norma (Pete); her grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren (Chris), Marcus and Andrew; and also Harold (Yutaka).

As we were unable to have a Celebration of Life for Harold due to Covid, we will be celebrating both their lives on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Ward Funeral Home in Weston.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer's Society of Toronto or the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre may be made in honour of Pat's life.
