He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Shirley; his father-in-law John; and his sister-in-law Annie. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Brittney, Mack, Declan and Rory; and his siblings, Donna (Reg), Colleen (Ed) and Brendan (Angela). He is also survived by extended family and many close friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turner & Porter (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (3914 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M9B1L7).
