He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Smith and Mary Elizabeth Smith (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Eva; his children, Danielle (Quentin) and Alex (Abby); his grandson Benjamin; and his siblings, Anne (Randy), Michael (Maria), Damon (Sherryl) and Trina (Earle).
