He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Dziak and Gizela Dziakova. He is survived by: his wife Katarina Dziak; his daughters, Catharine Dziak and Diane Dziak (David Glover); his grandchild Beata; his son Joe Dziak (Rita Dziak); and his grandchildren, Sienna and Elise.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
