He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Costales and Leon Costales. He is survived by: his wife Emilia Valdez Costales; his children, Vina (Fred), Irene (Lenny), Rosee (Rafi), Edgar (Madelyn), Helen and Ronald (Shyree); his cousin Medy (Doug); and his great grandchildren, Sania, Isra, Aliyaah, Matti, Emilyn, Max and Zavina.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Christ the King Cemetery (7770 Steeles Ave E, Markham, ON L6B1A8).
