Penelope Winter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope Winter (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on January 8, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Penelope is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Penelope's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Winter and Joan Winter. She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth, Mary and Michael; her husband Jon Harstone; and her children, Colin, Suzanne, Neil and Rachel.
