He was predeceased by: his parent Montreal. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Joy Lothian; his children, Alex (Tania) and Nina (Scott); his grandchildren, Ben, Emily, Aliana Lothian, Claire and Kieran MacDougall; his sister Elizabeth Dyment; and his sisters-in-law, Catherine MacHattie and Susannah Ames. He is also survived by extended family, and many friends.
