It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip Henry Cook (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald and Ivy; his siblings, Ralph, Roy, Ken and Dorothy; and his daughter-in-law Tara.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Matthew and Sarah; his son-in-law John; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Martin, Caroline and Simon; and his sisters, Mary and Barbara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
