He is survived by: his children, Jill and Jack; his grandchildren, Julia, Simon Miller of Toronto, Aiden and Anne Arthur of Vancouver; and his sisters, Ruth Gibson of Hawaii and Mary Ohrn of Edmonton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
