He is survived by: his wife Carmela Ferrara; his children, Luigi Persico (Teresa), Salvatore Persico (Paola), Eleanora Lio (Gabriele), Nancy Lio (Aldo), Joe Persico (Cindy) and Mary Palleschi (Tony); his granddaughter Carmela Addorisio (Felice); his great grandchildren, Philip, Thomas and Veronica; his granddaughter Josie Minaudo (Joe); his great grandchildren, Rino and Isabella; his grandchild Daniela Cicciarella (Sal); his great grandchildren, Charlie and Celeste; his grandchildren, Peter Persico (Josie) and Carmela Linda Serpa (Mike); his great grandchildren, Sienna and Luca; his grandchildren, Angelo Persico (Manny), Fabio Persico and Eddy Lio (Patrizia); his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Aiden; his granddaughter Luisa Palmisano (Adrian); his great grandchildren, Andrew and Daniel; his grandson Carlo Lio (Heidi); his great grandchild André; his granddaughter Diana Palermo (Gino); his great grandchildren, Leo and Mila; his granddaughters, Jessica Persico, Julia Palleschi (Steve) and Melissa Palleschi; and his siblings, Antonietta Arangio, Concetta Latino, Giuseppina Valtellini, Concetta Barone, Rosa Guarrasi, Rosaria Barrotta, Giuseppe Persico and Manuela Persico.

Due to COVID -19, there are restrictions on how many people are allowed to attend the funeral.
