He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oie Neps and Eimar Neps; his wife Eha Eljas; his children, Kevin Neps, Ryan Neps (Jana), Miku, Leo and Kaili (Steven); his grandchildren, Nolan, Joey, Lola and Annie; his sisters, Ene and Kristine; his siblings' children, Claire, Kendra, Ashley, Mihkel, Andres, Aivar and Alar; and his great-niece Mila.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Peter's Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church of Toronto (817 Mt Pleasant Rd, Toronto, ON M4P2L1).
