He was predeceased by: his spouse Tosi. He is survived by: his children, Sherry, Dana (Joseph Chen) and Sandy; his grandchildren, Nicolas, Michi, Jonathan, Aaron, Olivia, Lucie and Gemma; and his siblings, Ching-Yue, Sumi, Ching-Fun, Ching-Shia and Yen.
