We bid farewell to Rema Allen-Yellery (Toronto, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Rema touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Rema departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rema may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rema leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris (Augusto) and Rema; and her husband Alvin Milton Yellery. She is survived by: her siblings, George Thomas and Laura Biggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen Downsview Anglican Church (2259 Jane St, North York, ON M3M1A6). A burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Philip's Anglican Churchyard Cemetery (31 St. Phillips Rd, Toronto, ON M9P2N7).
