He is survived by: his close friend Carolle Gagnon; his daughter Katie Schell Arrowsmith; his child-in-law Jamie Arrowsmith; his grandchildren, Lizzie and Douglas; his brother Robert "Bob" Schell (Kathy); his nephew Jeremy (Cherie) of Vancouver; Nicolas Marier (Melinda). He is also survived by his family, his friends.
