He was predeceased by: his significant other Margaret; his parents, George and Ruth; and his siblings, Marion, Douglas and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Yanmin), Gordon (Ricki), Maureen (Dominic) and Carolyn; his grandchildren, Silke (Dorian) and Teagan; his great grandchild Cassian; and his cousins, George Van Nostrand and Margaret Farmer. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to a charity of your choice or to the Robert and Margaret Anglin Distinguished Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Arts and Science.
