He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Strizic and Thomas Strizic; and his father-in-law Peter Polley. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Madison, Alexandra and Christal; his granddaughter Violet; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Helen; his mother-in-law Pam; his siblings-in-law, Tim, Rachel, Megan and Paul; and his sibling's children, Zackary, Mirabel, Nathaniel and Jillian.
