Rocco Mannella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rocco Mannella (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on February 28, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rocco shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rocco farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Salvatore and Gina; his granddaughter Alana; and his sisters, Angela and Raffaela.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T1A8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (640 Glenholme Ave, York, ON M6E3G9).
In memory of Rocco, donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
