He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Massey (McCann) and Thomas E. Massey; and his siblings, Esther (Lown), Irene (Robb), Ruth (Slater) and Tom Massey.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Lynne and David; his daughter-in-law Marilyn; and his grandchildren, Nicole and Connor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
