It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Elvira Quiroz (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on March 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Carlos; and her children, Maria Elena (Cesar Santos), Carlos Quiroz (Margarita), Jorge, Dolores, Guadalupe (Mario Suarez), Alba (Jaime Ortiz), Marco Quiroz (Eveete), Rosa (Wilson Munoz) and Leonor (Michael Saragosa). She was also cherished by 18 great-grandchildren.
