He was predeceased by: his parents, Wolodymyr Klukowskyj and Julianna Klukowskyj (Kuspys). He is survived by: his wife Chrystyna Klukowskyj; his daughter Iryna Boychuk (Oleksa); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Andrew and Matthew; and his sister Oksana Pawlyk. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 6 nieces and grand nephews and grand nieces, along with many friends.
