He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche and Alfred; and his sisters, Reina and Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Verna Boisclair; his son Brian Parks; his stepdaughters, Debbie Stewart (Ken Barnhart) and Marilyn Godfrey; his grandsons, Michael Godfrey, Matthew Godfrey and Corey Godfrey; and his siblings, Raymond, Denis, Morris and Linda.

In light of the current COVID situation and Roy's wishes, there will be no service.
