It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Raymond Elms of Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on March 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Licentiate William John and Sadie Elms (MacPhee); his wife Angela "Petal"; his sisters, Elsie, Helen and Bessie; his niece Pat Skinner; and his brothers, Jim, John, Bill, Fred, George and Ralph Howard.
He is survived by: his great-nephew Tom Skinner (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Johnny, Betty (Marc), Ricky (Carol), Jerry (Manon), Peggy Elms (Pierre), Wendy (Isaac), Brampton, Marilyn Medley and Randy Ashe. He is also survived by several great-great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
