With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore D'Agostino (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Salvatore D'Agostino to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Filippo and Gaetana. He is survived by: his sisters, Michelina, Antonia and Giuseppina; his wife Gaetana; his children, Rosemary (Eudy), Lisa (Jason), Danny (Mayet) and Lori; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Eva, Jonathan, Chiara and Salvatore.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Funeral Home (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
