Sarah Anne Condie Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2020, at the age of 26, Sarah Anne Condie (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Ted Store and Gerry Condie. She is survived by: her parents, Kelly Store and Paul Condie; her sister Emily Condie; her stepmother Michelle Errington; her stepsister Madison Errington; her grandmothers, Olive Store and Rosemary Condie; and her stepgrandparents, Pauline Bradley, Robert and Sandra Bradley. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in her honour to any of the following charities would be greatly appreciated: Young Adult Cancer Canada, Pink Pearl Canada, the GI Clinic or AYA Program at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Gilda's Club Toronto/Barrie, or Kensington Hospice.
