She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Myles and Harry Myles; and her sisters, Dawn and Susan. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Jeffrey Thomson (Mary), Susan Cowan (Kevan) and Karen Mercer (Tim); her grandchildren, Meghan (Matthew Rae), Cole, Courtney, Laurie, Natalie and Lindsay; and her brother Charles.
