With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Angus Cowie in Toronto, Ontario, born in Etobicoke, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his father John Cowie; and his sister Dianne. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Cowie; his wife Leslie; his daughters, Tess and Rachel; his siblings, Sandra and Graeme; and his siblings-in-law, Judy, Jim, Denis, Roger and Stephen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Upper Canada College, Laidlaw Hall (200 Lonsdale Rd, Toronto, ON M4V2X8).

Memorial donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (supportthepmcf.ca) or Kensington Hospice (kensingtonhealth.org).
