Stamatia Dritsas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stamatia Dritsas in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 1, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Dritsas and Dimitrios Dritsas; her siblings, George Dritsas and Dimitra Pantos (Charalambos); and her nephews, Kostantino and Dimitrios Pantos.
She is survived by: her child Rania Burns (Sean); and her sibling's children, Jim Dritsas, Marika Kalantzis (Peter), Chris Dritsas (Stephanie), Peter Dritsas (Caterina) and Sophia Cristello (John). She is also survived by her family, friends and care-givers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greek Orthodox Church of Prophet Elias (1785 Matheson Blvd, Mississauga, ON L4W1V2). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Calendrier Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Mississauga, ON L5L5Z6).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hellenic Home for the Aged-Toronto in Stamatia's memory are welcome.
