He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria and Bolesław; and his brother Jurek. He is survived by: his former wife Danuta; his daughters, Monika and Olivia; and his siblings, Wiesia and Tadeusz. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casimir's Church (156 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2L4).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation (Toronto), in support of the cardiology fund.
