He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Schorsch and Elizabeta Quint; and his spouse Elza Carvalhaes. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph, Helena, Margaret and Lisa; his children, Stefan Schorsch Junior (Steve), Marconi Neto, Denzel Neto, Tchissola Neto-Schorsch (Ezra), Steve and Ezra; his grandsons, Alessandro, Jordan and Tiago; and his brother Andreas Schorsch (Michael).

Stefan will be remembered for his tireless work ethic, his devotion to family and community, and his enduring contributions to cultural life.
