He is survived by: his parents, Orysia Mary and Joseph Humenyk; his wife Paula; his sons, Joseph Paul and Paul John Kowalchuk Humenyk; his siblings, Mark Humenyk, Nadia (John Kelly) and Joanna (Jeff Walker); and his siblings' children, Claire, Anne, Julia, Michael and Jacob. He is also survived by his Aunts and Uncles, Cousins.
