He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zelazko and Janina J. Zelazko of Bystre Rzeszow, Poland.; and his godparents, Kazimierz Borkowski and Ursula Zelasko. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven, Edward Jr. (Deborah) and Joanna; and his nephews, Michael and Nicolas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arthur B. Ridley Funeral Home Chapel (3080 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V1K3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Ted, the family has asked to consider booking an appointment at a local Canadian Blood Services Centre, to donate blood to save someone's life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Blood Services, St. Michael's Hospital, or Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto.
