It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teresa (Tunney) McDonnell (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her mother Mary Fidelis Merrick; her mother-in-law Marie Blomme Stevens; and her in-laws, Peggy (John McGrath), Michael (Jessie Porter), Doreen (Raymond Shaw) and Bob (Dorothy Hushin).
She is survived by: her children, Martin "Marty" (Mary Flatley McDonnell), Stephen, James "Jamie" (Tara Ales McDonnell) and Karen (Steve Dénommée); her grandchildren, Dr. Sarah McDonnell (Derrick Barach), Julia McDonnell, Connor Dénommée (Alisha Knight), Aidan Dénommée and Rose Dénommée (Aiden Young); her siblings, Anne O'Neill (Anna), John (Ann Smith), Jerry (Renate Radl), Murray and Peter; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Tunney (Peter) and Tess Tunney (Murray). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Godchildren.
Donations may be made in Teresa's memory to The Lake House Palliative Care Centre, St. Joseph's Hospital, 5M, 30.
