She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco. She is survived by: her children, Felicia (Onofrio), Don (Fiorina), Teresa (John Memmo) and Josie (Pat Conte); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Anna Teresa (Rob Pasutto), Francesco (Bridgette), Alexander (Marlene), Daniel and Jessica (Santino); her great grandchildren, Alessia, Gabriella, Abigail and Leonardo; and her sisters, Pina Ventrice and Anna. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In memory of Teresa, donations may be made to Sunnybrook Hospital in gratitude for the care and compassion shown to her over the past few years.
