He is survived by: his mother Estelle; his wife Cathy; his children, Adam and Gemma (Victoria); his stepchildren, Sarah (Christian) and Kevin; his grandson Cameron; and his siblings, Michael (Anna), Paul (Janice), Maureen Birchard (David) and Lisa. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
